We have every unit professionally cleaned, the carpet cleaned, and we repair any damages from the previous tenant.
Yes, we offer on-site maintenance to our residents.
You can place work orders through the online resident portal, or contact the leasing office.
Emergencies are handled first and immediately, next work orders are organized by priority and completed in 24-48 hours.
No, as long as we have your permission and animals are secured away from the location the work is needed, such as a bathroom or bedroom.
During office hours, we can assist you with a spare key for entry. After hours there is an emergency maintenance line, however a fee may be charged for after hour entry assistance.
As long as you used the approved wall hanging items or have written permission from management and put it back to how it was when you moved in.
Amenities
Our community offers a dog park, indoor lap pool, sauna, and outdoor community deck among the amenities available to our residents.
The pool is open during office hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00PM. The exterior deck can be used anytime.
Yes. We have future resident parking in front of the office and assigned carport spaces and assigned surface spaces.
There is a one time $250 non-refundable pet fee per pet, one time $250 pet deposit per pet, and $30 monthly pet rent per pet.
Each apartment comes with a washer and dryer set, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator.

Guests can stay for 7 consecutive days in a month or up to 7 days within a year. Tenants are responsible for any actions of their guests while they are in the community.
It does not transfer. If applicable, you will receive your current deposit back after cleaning fees, and any damages fees.
No, subletting is not allowed.
The lease break buyout fee with a 60 day notice. If you move before your lease is completed, you are resposible for the remaining months of rent.
